BBC Nashville Health Procedures

These procedures remain in effect.

Please note: while some procedures may change, our level of sanitation will not stop. we always have and will continue to maintain (per state board regulations) the highest level of sanitization possible.

PLEASE READ ENTIRE MESSAGE:

All our Artists are spread out. We built a second salon in the lower level where two Artists have moved.

All high touch handles or areas are wiped frequently with an EPA certified sanitizer.

We have one deep clean each week from a professional cleaning company.

When you arrive, wait in your car until “Bo” (BBC’s friendly booking Bot) (or your Artist) TEXTS YOU to come into the building.

Please remain in your Artist’s chair unless you need to take a call outside or use the restroom.

We have scheduled 15 mins between each Guest for thorough sanitation. We are “wet sanitizing” which means the entire area where your services and shampoo take place will be sprayed with an EPA sanitizer and stay wet for 10 minutes. All utensils used or touched through the appointment will be sanitized.

There is no double booking. You will be the only Guest visiting your Artist during the entire duration of your appointment.

No one is allowed in the Studio without an appointment. No one is allowed to accompany you to your appointment, including children.

The checkout process is now touchless. We are happy to email you a receipt.

We ask individuals with a compromised immune system to schedule appointments during the following time slots:
Monday (AM or PM)
Tuesday (AM or PM)
Wednesday (AM)
