Surgery: wait 4-6 weeks unless recommended earlier by your physician
Botox & Filler: wait minimum 1 week
Steroid Injection: wait 24-48 hours
Severe sunburns: wait until the skin is healed and no longer tender
Please consult care team if undergoing any cancer treatment before scheduling your massage. Oncology massage is incredibly helpful and safe, however we want to work with your care team and ensure lymphatic movement is beneficial in your journey (limited to booking Swedish, reflexology, and Reiki/ Reflexology — cupping and hot stone upgrades are not appropriate unless requested by doctor)
